Hello,
sinon j'ai en "stock" une adaptation Crimée pour Fire & Fury.
D'ailleurs, il y a d'autres théatres d'opérations...
Des articles étaient egalement publiés dans des numéros du WI.

Partizan Press (Caliver Books) annonce dans sa liste la sortie
French Infantry of the Crimean War organisation et uniformes 340 pages avec des planches de Bob Marrion £ 44,50

d'ailleurs ils avaient commencé une série sur la guerre de 1870 mais le volume sur l'Armée Française n'est pas encore sorti lui

trés bonne nouvelle cela!!
je ne connais pas cet illustrateur, quelqu'un a t il une vue de son travail ?

c'est un illustrateur qui sévissait déjà dans les années 80 dans Military Modelling
plus récent Caliver Books qui fait souvent appel à lui avait fait deux volumes sur la campagne d'Egypte avec une bonne quantité de planches de Bob Marrion sur les Français Britanniques Ottomans et autres origines éxotiques

c'est plutôt bien! j'vais vu dans VV la pub pour le bouquin sur la campagne d'egypte (oui c'est aussi un de mes projets pour le 4° plan quinquenale!!!! ) tant mieux, attendons et voyons la chose!!

"The Crimean War is perhaps best known in Britain for two things: the Charge of the Light Brigade and the work of Florence Nightingale. Considerable ink has been spent discussing them, though little attention has been paid to Britain’s Allies in that conflict, notably France, Turkey and Piedmont. It was the French Army that bore the brunt of the fighting at the Battle of Inkerman, having to fight on two fronts against Russians attacking their Siege Works and also assisting the British Army, and in the two assaults on Sevastopol in June and September 1855. The French and Piedmontese won a decisive victory at Traktir Bridge against superior Russian forces in August 1855 and the French cavalry (Dragoons, Hussars and Chasseurs d’Afrique) routed a much stronger Russian cavalry force in late September 1855, after the fall of Sevastopol. The French army also sent a Division to fight the Russians in the Baltic.

Bon ben apparement on y était bien. On commençait presque à en douter aux dires de nos amis anglais.

c'est vrai que ça va en étonner quelques uns au Royaume Uni !!
Tant mieux, si cela pouvait motiver Great war à faire les français.......

Si après de tels écrits, il a des problèmes dans son pays,faut lui offrir l'asile politique

c'est prévu, on doit d'abord se faire des camps ensemble quand le groupe du 18° de ligne sera prêt !!
